This time we bring you Bowtie. Bowtie is a free app that allows you to control iTunes with shortcuts, submits your songs to Last.fm, and sports a very simple, yet very powerful, xhtml + css + javascript based theming system. Many themes are avaiable. Themes are easily added, although Bowtie does require a restart before they will show up in the menu.
